Position OverviewThis position is responsible for supporting projects processes and programs for our End User Services team.Key Responsibilities Develop a basic understanding of the assigned groupâs processes procedures and systemsÂPerform data entry and general systems administrationCreate and review spreadsheets reports statements or other related documentationCreate update and revise internal and external documentationSupport end users with desk-side support to resolve problems with equipment and softwareDeliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to users clearly communicating solutions and ensuring timely resolution of technical issuesWhat is expected of you and others at this levelMinimal job-related experienceAcquires basic skills to perform routine tasksWork is prescribed and completed with little autonomyWorks with either close supervision or under clearly defined proceduresMinimum Qualifications & SkillsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredPursuing Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related majorCurrent junior or equivalent preferredExperience with Microsoft Suite preferred0-2 yearsâ relevant experience required This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed.
